Central China Normal University Wollongong Joint Institute comprehensively introduces the curriculum system and quality assurance standards corresponding to the University of Wollongong's programs, and conducts all courses in English. The teaching faculty is composed of the following three parts:

1. High-level, internationally renowned full-time faculty recruited globally according to the University of Wollongong's hiring standards (including part-time faculty from other relevant colleges at Central China Normal University recognized by the University of Wollongong);

2. Part-time faculty from well-known universities both domestic and international, recognized by the Joint Institute and the University of Wollongong;

3. Senior faculty dispatched by the University of Wollongong to teach in China directly or to conduct short-term lectures.
