Biography
Dr. Luping Zhou is a SeniorLecturer in School of Computing and Information Technology, University ofWollongong, Australia. She obtained her PhD, MSc, and BEng from AustralianNational University, National University of Singapore and Southeast University,China, respectively. After PhD, she worked as a postdoctoral research fellow inUniversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA and then a staff researchscientist in Australian e-Health Research Centre, CSIRO. Zhou joined UOW in2012 with “Vice Chancellor Research Fellowship”. Before she started her Ph.D,she was a senior research engineer, developing medical imaging applications forsurgical navigation and planning through virtual/augmented reality systems.
